What it solves

A herbal-product seller needed a shop for invited customers only. The catalog should stay private, and day-to-day running had to work without a developer.

02

My work

I designed and built the storefront, administration, payments, inventory and deployment. The repository is private.

How the product is built

How an order comes together

The main parts of the product.

  1. Invitationprivate entryPrivate access
  2. Shopcatalog and cartStorefront
  3. Checkoutpayment and stock holdPayments and inventory
  4. Administrationoperations without a developerCustom administration

03 · Access

A shop for invited customers only.

Without an account only the login screen is visible. Customers arrive by invitation, set a password, then browse and order. Staff have separate roles for content and orders.

04 · Checkout

The browser does not own price or stock.

At checkout the server checks price and stock and reserves the items. Stripe confirms payment through a webhook, not the success page. If payment expires or fails, the reservation is released.

05 · Operations

The shop is run from administration.

From admin, staff handle products, stock, orders, invites, discounts and homepage content. Free pickup at Korunní 7 and a simple Stripe fee price calculator are included.
